  Greetings! My name is Dr. Darcy Constans (she/they). I am a family physician with fifteen years of experience whose practice is focused solely on holistic mental health care. I offer medication management, mindfulness therapy and ketamine assisted therapy.

I do telehealth visits within Washington State and in-person visits in the Madison Valley neighborhood of Seattle. 

 

I do not accept insurance but will provide a superbill for patients to submit to their carrier.
