About Me.
I am a family physician specializing in mental health care. I have been in practice for fifteen years. Seattle has been my home since I moved here for my residency program at Swedish Cherry Hill in 2007. I am the proud mother of two sincerely lovely teenagers.
I lecture and consultant on physician burnout and work/life balance. I deeply enjoy working with professionals trying to manage the complex demands of work and home.
I trained in psychedelic therapy through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Sciences (MAPS) and the Polaris Institute. I sit on the community advisory board for the University of Washington's Center for Novel Therapeutics in Addiction Medicine, a new center focused on psychedelic medicine and addiction.
I have worked as a medical lead and sitter for the Zendo Project - a volunteer-operated psychedelic harm reduction program that helps to transform difficult psychedelic experiences into opportunities for learning and growth.
I am certified in Mind Body Medicine through James Gordon's Center for Mind Body Medicine. I am currently completing my certification in Somatic Internal Family Systems with Fran Booth.

My practice is feminist, sex-positive, anti-fascist and LGBTQ+ affirming,
