“Perhaps the biggest tragedy of our lives is that freedom is possible, yet we can pass our years trapped in the same old patterns...We may want to love other people without holding back, to feel authentic, to breathe in the beauty around us, to dance and sing. Yet each day we listen to inner voices that keep our life small.”

― Tara Brach, Radical Acceptance: Embracing Your Life With the Heart of a Buddha

My intention is to support individuals with their psycho-spiritual health so they can live integrated lives, congruent with their values.

My role is to partner with you as you find your way along your healing journey. Sometimes this is through talk therapy, sometimes through the support of medications, and sometimes through the thoughtful use of psychedelics (currently only ketamine).

My practice is influenced by the following modalities: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, shamanic practices, somatics, internal family systems therapy, and buddhist philosophy.

I see the journey of personal healing as one of the most important things we can do not just for ourselves but for the greater community. We live in an extremely challenging and often disheartening world. Climate change, political violence, and economic unraveling create growing uncertainty. What we do have is ourselves and one another. We can only take care of the collective if we care for ourselves. When we are rooted in ourselves we are able to show up to the world in ways we want.

My practice is explicitly feminist, LGBTQ+ affirming, intersectional, sex positive, and anti-fascist.

Practice Philosophy

Making changes in our lives is hard. I have found the following to be helpful in this process:

  • Honesty, curiosity and an openness to being challenged by new ideas and perspectives.

  • Learning how to ask help  from one's community, partners, family and friends.

  • Allowing oneself to feel the full weight of grief, sadness, and fear.

  • Practicing self-compassion while learning to deeply love all parts of oneself.
